FAQ > How can I track my package?
Once your order and payment are complete, you’ll receive a tracking number right after your package dispatched by warehouse. We will share tracking numbers under order details page of your order and you'll be able to track your package with them.
Please keep in mind that unfortunately we do not have control over delivery company (USPS, Royal Mail, China Post etc.) operations and sometimes delivery status and events may have delays or incorrect routings may happen due to errors on facilities. Usually these are getting corrected in a few days and does not affect success of delivery.
