Guide to paying with Bitcoin

Paying with Bitcoin is not just fast, easy and secure also payment verification is much faster and have much lower transaction/commission fees compared to other methods.

Additionally, Bitcoin is decentralized, meaning that no single entity controls the infrastructure and that ensures transactions are transparent, secure and mostly anonymous.

If you are new to using Bitcoin for payments, we prepared a simple guide for you with alternative ways to buy Bitcoin and pay with Bitcoin. Below you will find step-by-step guides on how to pay with Bitcoin using most popular applications.

 

 

 

How to use Cash App?

  • Visit Cash.app
  • Download the Cash App. Click on Download Cash App to ensure you’re downloading the genuine app. Install Cash App on your iOS or Android device.
  • Make a Cash App account. Enter an email address or your mobile phone number to start an account. You’ll also need to provide your full name, address, and date of birth. You can create a Cash App username ($Cashtag) at this step as well.
  • Connect a funding source. Add a debit card to your account. Later, you can set up bank transfers or even direct deposit if you wish.
    DO NOT link credit/debit card that are not in your name. If your Cash App account name is different than the linked credit/debit card name, Cash App's fraud filter will block you from sending Bitcoin. You will get "This payment was cancelled for your protection" error.
  • Verify your identity with the Cash.app team. To enable certain features, you’ll need to verify your identity and specify your source of income. This will increase the limits of your transfers. Cash App walks you through the process, including uploading a picture of your ID with your current address. This option becomes available after you connect a funding source.
  • Deposit funds to your Cash App account. Select an amount for your deposit. Click on Cash Balance from the Money home screen to set a deposit amount and funding source.
Buying and sending Bitcoin:

To purchase bitcoin using your Cash App:

  • Tap the Bitcoin tab on your Cash App home screen
  • Tap Buy BTC
  • Select an amount tap … to enter a custom amount
  • Enter your PIN and select Confirm

Purchasing bitcoin requires that you have a balance in your Cash App. You may also need to enter additional geographical information. (Visit here for more information from Cash App documentation)

Sending Bitcoin for your Jetroids order:
  • Tap the Money tab on your Cash App home screen
  • Tap the Bitcoin tile
  • Tap the Airplane button
  • Choose Send Bitcoin
  • Enter the amount and scan or paste the BTC address. Both the BTC (Bitcoin) address and Total amount are available on the order details page in your Jetroids account (Account > Orders > Order Details).
  • Tap Next
  • Select a speed (please consider Standard can take some time.)
  • Tap Confirm & Send
  • Go to your Jetroids account (Account > Orders) and click on "Confirm Payment" button for your order and send transaction ID and payment transfer information to us. This is important for us to distinguish your payment from others. Your payment details will be verified by our financial department. Usually it takes a few hours. For accessing your Transaction ID, please read the instructions below.

    Cash App shows "This payment was cancelled for your protection" error, what should I do?
    DO NOT link credit/debit card that are not in your name. If your Cash App account name is different than the linked credit/debit card name, Cash App's fraud filter will block you from sending Bitcoin.

Find your Transaction ID and confirm your payment:

Please note that your transaction should be completed, "Initiated" or "Pending" transactions may not show transaction ID on older app version. In this case, please wait for it to be "Withdrawn". On new app version, you will be able to see transaction ID without waiting for completion.

  • Tap on Bitcoin tile (₿ on app's navigation menu) or Clock tile on bottom navigation (or last icon on right side)
  • Scroll down to "Activity" section. Tap on your related transaction under "Pending" or "Completed" title. Details of transaction will open.
  • On "Bitcoin Withdrawal" screen, if you see "View on Block Explorer" button, tap on it. If you do not see it, tap on "Withdrawn" or "Initiated" button (blue button with checkmark). Select "Block Explorer".
  • On next screen, under "Transaction" title you should see your transaction ID (blue text), tap on the "Copy the clipboard" icon nearby (white clipboard icon).
  • (Optionally) If you are using cell phone for Cash App and your PC for Jetroids website, you may email this transaction ID to yourself first to copy it to our website.
  • Go to your Jetroids account (Account > Orders) and click on "Confirm Payment" button for your order and send transaction ID and payment transfer information to us. This is important for us to distinguish your payment from others. Your payment details will be verified by our financial department. Usually it takes a few hours.

How to use Bitpay?

  • Visit Bitpay.com
  • Download the Bitpay app and create a new account if you don’t have one yet. Make sure to securely backup wallet recovery phrases.
  • Verify your identity with the Bitpay team.
  • On the Home page, press the "Buy" button, enter the amount (in USD) you want to buy, and press "Continue".
  • Choose Bitcoin (BTC) in the "Deposit To" field, choose your preferred payment method (SEPA, ApplePay®, or Credit Card), and press "View Offers".
  • Choose your preferred provider (we recommend Simplex), press "Buy" and complete the order.
  • Wait until the funds appear in your wallet.
  • Go back to the Home page and press the "Send" button.
  • Choose Bitcoin, scan or paste the BTC address, enter the Total amount on Bitpay, and press "Next." Both the BTC (Bitcoin) address and Total amount are available on the order details page in your Jetroids account (Account > Orders > Order Details).
  • Finalize the transfer following the instructions on the screen.
  • Go to your Jetroids account (Account > Orders) and click on "Confirm Payment" button for your order and send payment transfer information to us. Your payment details will be verified by our financial department. Usually it takes a few hours.

 

 

How to use Trust Wallet?

  • Visit Trustwallet.com
  • Download the Trust Wallet app and create a new wallet if you don't have one yet. Make sure to securely back up your wallet recovery phrases.
  • Pass the ID verification if requested by the Trust Wallet.
  • On the Wallet page, click the "Buy" button and choose Bitcoin (BTC).
  • Enter the amount (in USD) you want to buy.
  • Choose your preferred provider (Simplex is recommended) and click "Next".
  • Complete the order using Apple Pay® or Credit Card.
  • Wait until the funds appear in your wallet.
  • Go back to the Wallet page and click the "Send" button.
  • Choose Bitcoin, scan or paste the BTC address, enter the Total amount on Trust Wallet, and click "Next." Both the BTC (Bitcoin) address and Total amount are available on the order details page in your Jetroids account (Account > Orders > Order Details).
  • Finalize the transfer by following the instructions on the screen.
  • Go to your Jetroids account (Account > Orders) and click on "Confirm Payment" button for your order and send payment transfer information to us. Your payment details will be verified by our financial department. Usually it takes a few hours.

 

 

How to use Revolut?

  • Visit Revolut.com.
  • Download the Revolut app and create a new account if you don’t have one yet.
  • Verify your identity with the Revolut team.
  • On the Home page, under the "Accounts" tab, press the "Add Money" button, enter the amount (in USD/EUR) you want to buy, and press "Continue".
  • Complete the order using SEPA, ApplePay®, or Credit Card. Funds will be added to your Revolut account.
  • Wait until the funds appear in your account.
  • On the Home page, under the "Crypto" tab, search for Bitcoin (BTC) and press "Buy." Enter the amount you want to buy and complete the order using your Revolut balance.
  • On the Transfer page, press the "New" button, choose "Crypto Wallet," search for Bitcoin, enter a wallet name (for example, Jetroids), and paste the Bitcoin address. Save it and go back to the Transfer page.
  • Find the recently created wallet by typing its name or using the "Crypto" filter. Choose it and enter the Total amount of your Jetroids order. Both the BTC (Bitcoin) address and Total amount are available on the order details page in your Jetroids account (Account > Orders > Order Details).
  • Finalize the transfer following the instructions on the screen.
  • Go to your Jetroids account (Account > Orders) and click on "Confirm Payment" button for your order and send payment transfer information to us. Your payment details will be verified by our financial department. Usually it takes a few hours.

 

 

 

How to use Paybis?

  • Visit Paybis.com or download Paybis application. This guide is for the website usage only.
  • Enter the Total amount of your Jetroids order in BTC and click "Buy Bitcoin".
  • Provide and verify your email address.
  • Provide and verify your phone number.
  • On the next step, choose "External Wallet," paste the Bitcoin address of your Jetroids order, and click "Continue". Both the BTC (Bitcoin) address and Total amount are available on the order details page in your Jetroids account (Account > Orders > Order Details).
  • Choose your preferred payment method (Google Pay®, Apple Pay®, or Credit Card) and complete the payment.
  • Verify your account and ID with the Paybis.
  • Your payment is now being verified by the Paybis. Keep an eye on your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) and respond to any requests you might receive from the Paybis.
  • Once the payment is verified and the payout is completed, you will receive an email notification.
  • Upon receiving payment confirmation, go to your Jetroids account (Account > Orders) and click on "Confirm Payment" button for your order and send payment transfer information to us. Your payment details will be verified by our financial department. Usually it takes a few hours.
