FAQ > I have not received confirmation e-mails. What is the problem?

Following your order, you should receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you haven't receive e-mail in a few minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder. Some e-mail clients may mark e-mails as Spam incorrectly, we recommend you to add Jetroids as a safe sender and mark our emails as "Not Spam".
