FAQ > My package has been misrouted to the wrong facility or region. What will happen?

Do not worry! Unfortunately we do not have control over delivery company (USPS, Royal Mail, China Post etc.) operations and sometimes facilities routing packages to wrong facilities or regions and they are correcting it in a few days and your package will arrive afterwards.

Please note that we are also tracking all the shipments and we will inform warehouse to reship your package in case of problem detected by us about your shipment.
