The product itself is perfectly fine. This occurrence / phenomenon, known as crystallization, is quite common in AAS due to temperature fluctuations during storage, transit, and delivery. Rest assured, the active substance remains completely unchanged and safe to use.

 

Here is the common suggestions from manufacturers:

  • Try placing your vials under hot running water for a few minutes. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can immerse the vials in a pan of boiling water, ensuring the water level remains below the rubber caps to prevent water ingress into the vial.
  • After boiling for 2-3 minutes, carefully remove the vial and shake it vigorously. If needed, continue boiling for another 2-3 minutes and shake again. If the issue persists, increase the boiling time to 5 minutes.
