Unfortunately quick test kits are highly unreliable for testosterone and many steroid products and it's usual to see false results, especially for esters. They are presumptive tests to test presence of ingredient in oil and lab tests with correct methods (GC-MS, HPLC etc) are the only way to test products and esters accurately. The instructions and limitations pages for test kits on their website usually declare that as well.
Also interpreting the color reactions from test kits can be subjective. Slight variations in color, lighting conditions, or even individual perception can lead to misinterpretations of the color chart. Many reviews mention that the color variations are subtle and hard to distinguish.
While we do not produce any product, we are authorized seller of manufacturers and we also evaluate all feedbacks and reporting them to manufacturers in case of any possible problem. But please note that, because test kits are not scientific and real methods for reliable, accurate results, no manufacturer accepts test kit results as valid.
