FAQ > Products got damaged

If your products were damaged during transportation, please take photos of the damaged package and products together and exactly as they arrived in the shipping box and contact us using Support Tickets section. We will request photos from you afterwards so we can quickly resolve the issue and arrange to reship the damaged items.

Please note that:

  • Issue can be reported only within 5 days after receiving the package. Please thoroughly check everything upon receiving.
  • The delivery date on the tracking number events will be considered the package receipt date.
  • Damaged package and products must be photographed together and exactly as they arrived in the shipping box.
  • Please provide high resolution photos. We cannot accept low resolution, cropped or edited photos as proofs. We need multiple, simple photos taken with modern smartphones or digital cameras.
