FAQ > Which warehouse should I choose, what is the difference between them?

We have multiple warehouses across the world to ship from. Each warehouse have different stocks, shipping cost and shipping success rate for different regions/countries.

For example, US based warehouses do not have any customs procedures in US domestic shipments and much faster deliveries for US addresses but also cannot ship to Europe or international addresses. International warehouses can ship international packages but there will be customs procedures for most of the countries. Also slower deliveries to US but faster deliveries to EU areas.

You can check warehouse of each product from product detail page and also "flag" icons near the brand names will help you to understand warehouse shipping region. We always recommend choosing domestic shipping brands for faster deliveries.
